Warehouse Associate and Back Up Box Truck Driver Job in Cleveland, Ohio

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Associate Duties
● Assist with general warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, and shipping orders.

● Help unload and load delivery trucks.

● Maintain accountability for inventory accuracy and contribute to housekeeping.

● Perform local deliveries during normal business hours (Monday–Friday).

● Safely transport products to our customers' facilities and businesses.

● Make local van deliveries as needed and/or operate a 27-foot box truck as needed.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must be hardworking, highly-motivated and able to work under little supervision. You must be able to communicate clearly and follow directions efficiently, as well as provide feedback in a timely manner. We are a highly-customer focused organization; as a result, overtime may be required to meet business needs.

General Qualifications:

● Hardworking, highly-motivated, and able to work with little supervision.

● Excellent customer service skills and a clean, professional appearance.

● Ability to load and unload heavy items up to 100 lbs. is preferred.

● Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

● Good basic math and English reading/speaking skills.

● Some distribution and power equipment experience is a plus.

● 1 to 3 years of delivery experience in a service-oriented position.

● Clean driving record and a valid, active Driver’s License (CDL not required).

● Familiarity with local and surrounding areas.

● Ability to read a map and follow directions.

● Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Clearance Certificate.
